How does Pay in 3 work?

Klarna's Pay in 3 lets you spread the cost of your purchase over three equal payments. Your first instalment is collected when BathroomLux confirms your order, and the second and third are automatically taken 30 and 60 days later — all interest-free.

Am I eligible for Pay in 3?

To use Klarna’s Pay in 3, you must be at least 18 years old. Approval depends on your financial circumstances, but don’t worry — applying won’t affect your credit score.

Why was I declined?

Klarna's approval process considers several factors: your address, card details, order amount, purchase history, and item availability. For details on your specific case, please contact Klarna directly.

Can I pay early?

Absolutely. Log into your Klarna account or use the Klarna app to pay off your purchase early at any time.

What do I need to provide when I order?

To pay in 3 with Klarna, simply provide:

  • Your mobile number

  • Your email address

  • A valid debit or credit card

Klarna will contact you by email, and may reach out via phone if needed — so be sure your info is accurate.

What happens if I return my order?

Start your return with BathroomLux as usual. Once we confirm the return, Klarna will adjust your payment plan accordingly.

  • Full returns = full refunds + cancellation of future payments

  • Partial returns = updated statement with revised payment schedule

Steps to report a return:

  1. Open the Klarna app and select your order

  2. Tap “Report a return” and follow the instructions

  3. After confirming, Klarna will update your status and guide you through the return process
