Many of our products are delicate, so we arrange a special delivery service to ensure safe handling. Bulky items are delivered on a specially constructed frame pallet, and due to the nature of this service, delivery is made to your door only. Smaller items are shipped via parcel courier. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, so please refer to the product description for more specific information

We arrange deliveries based on the size and nature of your order. For larger, delicate items, we use a special delivery service, and these are delivered on a custom-built frame pallet to your door.

To organize a return, you must first obtain authorization from our customer service team(customer@bathroomlux.com).

Once approved, our team will provide you with further instructions for the return process.
